7/11/99 I plan to have a
meeting/branding session this saturday, at around 3 PM EST. we will talk about any guild
issues you have in mind, and do branding, also afterwards, or before, depending on when I
have time I will go through rank advancement with anyone who needs it. No guarentees, but
I plan to try and have a guild battle at aroudn 8 PM EST saturday night. 6/26/99 I would just like to let everyone know that now the GMs are moving out of the guilds as much as possable. While we will still be the GODs of the guilds, and the priests may still talk to us for guidance, the guilds will now be run by players. Fire members, when you have questions etc about the guild, please talk to Konan ([email protected]) not me. I will however still be in charge of the web site, so if the questions/comments/suggestions deal strictly with the site, you can talk to me :) 6/05/99 I would just like to thank all those that showed up for our guild battle tonight. We had a good showing, and though we didn't win I feel we did a good...evil job. We engadged, and fought aginst earth in a hard, fun battle, and I think thigns turned out rather good. I have moved more things to the passworded page, and added some new things there. 5/25/99 I have now added animated backgrounds to the member pages, I also added animation to a couple of the awards. I was thinking about the pages and decided to make a demo of what the pages can/should look like down the road, so you have some idea what to send me. 5/22/99 Since I know there are a lot of you needing to advance, and I just havn't had enough time in game to get to all of you, if you wish to attempt the next rank, please e-mail me with what rank you want to go for, and some times when you will be on, also, if your e-mail and/or ICQ isn't on yer page, please send it to me so I can put it there. Also, we have a couple pictures, if anyone else has portraits, quotes, etc for their page please send them to me. 5/16/99 Aight, I hate to do this to you folks, but for whatever reason I can't seem to get ahold of Domasi, and until I can there isn't much to talk about at the meeting, so i'm going to psotpone it until I can get in touch with him. Once I do I should be able to get you guys branded, and should know what the rewards are for most of the ranks. So i'll post here as soon as I ahve a new time. 5/16/99 I'm working on quests for advancement in the higher ranks, one thing I ahve added is a award requirement for Shaman and up. So far I have 7 Awards done, i'll try to finish the rest asap. 5/14/99 Please note the additions under the branch and member lists, I will post the dates of your ranks, and any awards you have earned, if you have things like charicter portraits or other info you would like on there please e-mail it to me. I'm still waiting on peoples e-mail, please send those to me so I can put them on yer Page. 5/12/99 Next meeting will be held at 8 PM Sunday Night, hopefully by then I will have things set up so that we can start advancement, if not sooner. You just have to be on, I will teleport you to our new meeting hall. 5/12/99 Couple new things, one you will note the addition of a charts section, I will be trying to make a more complete set of charts when I get a chance. Please note the section titled members has been changed to branches, I am trying to figure out how to add a password section, once I do I will title that members, and move a couple things inside, as well as send out the password to all in the element. You will also see the awards section, its not finished yet by far, but it will give you an idea of a couple that I have in mind. 5/8/99 There have been a few new additions, to be expected with such a new group, please read over the code, and the joining reqs, so that you will have a better idea how things stand. For those currently in the element, we will follow the procedure outlined there, those of you over lvl 15 shall be allowed to try moving to Fire Monk in a couple of days, and the quests have been made a bit more difficult than before, so at level 45 you will be allowed to attempt Fire Visionary, also note, If need be I might produce one or two more ranks above that of Fire Priest. 5/8/99 At our meeting last night, we went over the code, now posted here, we chose the floating mage tower as our meeting hall, and I would ask all of you to e-mail me times that would be good for meetings events etc, so I can accommodate as many as possible. 5/7/99 Okay, based on the little
response I got (which I am very disappointed about) we will have our first meeting tonight
(Friday) at 8 PM EST. Please make sure to check this site very often because as we
are just getting started it will be updated and new news etc will be posted at least every
couple of days, if not more. 5/6/99 Just in case anyone noticed and wants to know why, I decided to have Konan spend some time inside the guild first since I basically handle everything right now myself, then once we have a good base set up we can elect/appoint the high priest and guildmaster. 5/6/99 Hail! Last night we started branding members of our guild! I have finished FM advancement quests, and almost finished with FV, so I wish to have a meeting ASAP, and then start the first people who want to try through the quest. This means I need to know where and when to have the meeting, so please go on the board and post ALL times that would be good for you, and more ideas on where to have it. Then at the first meeting we will cover where to permanently set it up, a general schedule for meetings, I will tell you more about advancement, discuss guild rules, laws, and penalties, after which I will post them on the site, and we can pick a time for 2nd meeting (also if we have time we can start putting a couple people through quest), at which we will elect people to the FD positions, at least temporarily. For those who can't make it, afterwards I will post a page with what was discussed, and our decision, but please try to attend. Now, POST! 5/5/99 Today I sat down and worked on advancement quests and I'm almost done with the quest for advancing to FM, I'll start giving people the ability to try advancing within the next week or two. Also, domasi has been sent the list and will start branding those who have already joined within the next couple days. 5/2/99 Okay, after thinking it through, I have changed my plans, instead of having a joining rite, I believe I will let anyone who has a wish to to join, and then have rites and quests for advancement through the ranks. Please e-mail me at [email protected] if you wish to join, read the joining page first, there are now some details I would like you to have in the e-mail, also read members, as I have re-done that section. 4/29/99 Last night the 2 new GMs were elected, Relinar, and The Undertaker. To my knowledge Relinar wishes to take over Air, and The Undertaker will take over Earth. That means that we have a full GM count for the elements, so as soon as they get situated and are ready to start we can begin to recruit. I already have the joining rite planned out, and within the next couple days will schedule a date where we can meet and take new members.
