In reply to your missive I will send you a riddle, upon solving of this riddle, you will be allowed membership into the element, do not ask for any inside or outside the element to help you solve the riddle, and any inside do not help a candidate, unless you wish to be penalized.

Upon your solving of this riddle your name will be given to domasi, at his first chance he will brand you into the guild, at which point your name will be placed on the site, if by chance you solve the riddle incorrectly, you will be informed of such, and given 2 more tries to solve it.

Once Branded you will be officialy inside the element, upon your advancement to level 15 you will be allowed to attempt a quest that shall move you to the rank of FM (Fire Monk), once a Fire Monk further advancement will be allowed upon the approval of members of higher rank, and that of myself.

Those currently in the element will not have to undergo this, instead ye shall be left within the guild as our pioneers.  Also note until the other elements are ready we will not be allowing new members.
